YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This policy explains how Oqvero handles information on this website, including early-access requests and the interactive demo. For questions or privacy requests, email [email protected].

What Oqvero offers today

Oqvero is in development. The website provides information, an interactive demonstration, and an early-access form. It does not currently process customer calls, send automated SMS, or provide a functioning paid subscription service. Requesting early access does not create an account or start a subscription.

Information you provide

When you request early access, we collect:

  • Your business name.
  • Your contact name.
  • Your business email address.
  • Your business type: Plumbing or HVAC.
  • An optional description of how you handle missed calls today.

Please do not include customer names, phone numbers, addresses, credentials, or other sensitive information in the optional description. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message.

The form includes an empty field used to detect automated submissions. It is not part of the business information saved to the database.

How we use your information

We use submissions to evaluate interest in Oqvero, understand business needs, review early-access applications, manage inquiries, and contact applicants by email about their request and the developing product. Access is not guaranteed. The form does not send an automated confirmation email.

We also use limited technical information to protect the form from abuse. The application keeps temporary attempt counters, including a hashed version of the submitted email address, and logs fixed error categories and HTTP status codes rather than form contents.

Providers that support the website

DigitalOcean hosts the website and handles requests to it, including early-access submissions. Supabase is our database provider and stores the submitted business and contact details. These providers process information as part of providing their services.

If you contact us at our Gmail address, Google processes that email as the email service provider. Website delivery and security infrastructure may also process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser headers.

DigitalOcean provides application logging, but we have not verified its exact log retention period. Our Supabase Free plan does not include scheduled project backups. This does not establish whether providers keep other internal copies, logs, or recovery data.

Cookies, analytics, and the demo

The application does not implement analytics tools, advertising trackers, or its own cookies. Hosting and delivery infrastructure may use cookies for security; provider-managed cookie practices have not been fully verified.

The interactive demo uses fictional examples and keeps changes and text you enter in browser memory. The application does not send those demo inputs to our server or save them in cookies or browser storage. They clear when the page reloads. Use fictional information when trying the demo.

How long we keep information

We retain early-access applicant information only as long as reasonably necessary to manage inquiries, evaluate interest, and follow up with applicants. The owner reviews early-access records monthly and deletes information when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable legal or operational requirements. We do not promise a specific deletion deadline.

You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Deleting information from active records does not necessarily remove it immediately from provider systems, including any internal backups or logs. Provider internal backup practices and deletion timelines have not been fully verified.

How we protect information

The public website uses HTTPS, and the server requires HTTPS for database requests. Database credentials stay on the server. The form validates inputs, limits request size, checks the submitting website origin, and uses an automated-submission check and attempt limits. The early-access API does not return stored submissions, and its error logs include only fixed error categories and HTTP status codes, not form contents or database credentials. Hosting and database providers may maintain separate logs.

DigitalOcean stores the database secret key as an encrypted environment variable. Row Level Security is enabled on the early-access database table, with no public access policies. The server uses a privileged key to save submissions; that key bypasses Row Level Security and is not sent to your browser.

These measures help reduce risk, but no website, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

Email [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided. The owner handles privacy requests. Please identify the email address used for your submission and explain your request. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before acting on it. Do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents in your initial message.

We will review your request and explain any limitations that apply, including information that must be retained for legal or security reasons.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website and product develop. The date above identifies the latest revision. Any future live calling, messaging, or payment features will need privacy information that reflects how those features actually work.
